Front and Back Yard Renewed

Our excellent landscape installation team completed a delightful landscape transformation for a home in Fairview Lake. This gorgeous residence is situated near the mouth of the Sandy River, very close to the Columbia River in Troutdale, Oregon.

The Mountain View Landscape team was hired to beautify and transform the lawn in both the front and back of this home. We removed the old lawn and leveled the ground to prepare it for the new sod. We cut the sod to perfectly fit into both spaces so it would grow into a lush lawn, perfect for many picnics.

In the backyard, we also installed a custom-built water feature. This little bubbling stream is fully lined with expert plumbing to make maintenance easy. We added the natural rock border to mimic a natural babbling brook and included water-loving plants around the border to complete the effect.

This landscape upgrade increased the value and beauty of this Fairview Lake home. Our team worked hard to achieve results that pleased the homeowners.
